Squads
Overview
The club has a group/squad structure with a Team Manager responsible for each.
There is a clear pathway of progression from the Learn to Swim in the small pool, right through to the fitness and competitive areas.
Each group or squad has specific entry criteria and aims to develop the technique of the swimmer.
The club has a large group of teachers and coaches to call upon to take each session. All are trained to a minimum ASA Level 1 or 2 and are DBS checked.
