Like any other volunteer based community club and for that matter business, Gainsborough Dolphins Swimming Club need money to survive and grow. As a club we appreciate that it is generally swimmers and parents who contribute most through the fee’s, raffles and club champs etc. and that in the current financial climate with so many other draws on the cash, at times finding the money needed can be difficult.
The club have set the fee’s at a level to cover our yearly pool hire costs and other known regular expenses whilst still aiming to make swimming affordable for you.
As a result of this we are continually looking at ways to generate revenue and sponsorship from local businesses is one area that we are working hard in.
Over the past few months I have worked closely with two businesses and I am please to announce on behalf of the club deals with Kerry Food & Ingredients (Gainsborough) and International Export Packers Ltd (Newark).
